We stop, show you, and re-quote before continuing. Rotted framing, old wiring and hidden water damage do turn up in older Ontario homes. Nothing gets added to the invoice without your explicit approval.
For a bathroom or basement, usually yes — we contain dust and keep the work area sealed off. During a kitchen renovation you’ll be without a functioning kitchen for most of the schedule, so most people arrange a temporary setup elsewhere in the house.
