WHAT'S INVOLVED
Springs, cables, track, opener - they fail together
A garage door is the heaviest moving object in most homes, and it only works because a dozen parts share the load evenly. When a spring goes, the cables and rollers have already taken the same punishment. Replacing one part and ignoring the rest is how people end up paying for three callouts instead of one.
We inspect the whole system on every visit, tell you what’s wearing, and fix what actually needs fixing.

SERVICE AREA
Every part of the door system covered across 25+ cities from Niagara to Durham. Local crews carry springs, cables and rollers for the doors common in your area — so a repair booked in Oshawa doesn’t wait on a part sitting in a Burlington van.
HOW IT WORKS
Heavy, noisy, stuck or off track — describe it in a sentence and we’ll usually know what we’re bringing before we leave.
The technician inspects springs, cables, rollers, track and opener together, then quotes a fixed price.
Vans carry springs, cables, rollers and hardware, so most work is finished on the first visit.
We test the door by hand, adjust the opener force, and show you what to watch for next.

Our garage door spring snapped on a Saturday and the door wouldn’t budge — with both cars stuck inside. Someone was here within two hours, replaced both springs and the cables, and showed me the price before touching anything.

Mississauga
Every window at the back of the house had fogged up between the panes. They replaced twelve sealed units in a single day without pulling out a single frame or damaging any drywall.
Charles Barker
Toronto
Locked myself out at 11pm with my daughter already asleep inside. The dispatcher stayed on the phone with me until the tech arrived, and he had the door open in under five minutes with zero damage to the lock.
Laura Morrison
Brampton
We took possession on Friday and wanted every lock changed before moving in. All four exterior doors were rekeyed to one key by Saturday afternoon, plus two new deadbolts.
Robert Cooper
Oakville
Our basement went from bare concrete to a finished rec room, guest bedroom and bathroom in six weeks. One project manager the whole way through, and they handled the egress window permit so we didn’t have to figure that out ourselves.

FAQ
A quality residential door lasts 20 to 30 years. The parts that move wear out much sooner — springs around seven years, rollers five to ten, an opener ten to fifteen. Replacing worn components as they go is far cheaper than letting one failure damage the rest of the system.
Usually it’s worn nylon rollers, dry hinges or loose hardware — cheap to fix and worth doing before the vibration works other fasteners loose. Grinding from the opener or a rhythmic bang at the same point in travel is different and worth looking at quickly.
Yes, twice a year. Use white lithium or silicone spray on the hinges, rollers, springs and bearing plates. Never use WD-40 as a lubricant — it strips existing grease and leaves the metal drier than before.
Yes. We work on every major brand and on doors of any age. If parts for an obsolete system are genuinely unavailable we’ll tell you before you pay for a callout.
Once a year for an average household, twice if the garage is your main entrance and the door cycles six or more times a day. A tune-up costs a fraction of the repair it prevents.
Yes — rolling steel, sectional and high-cycle doors for shops, warehouses and loading bays. Commercial work can be scheduled outside business hours so you don’t lose trading time.
