If you’re within about 90 minutes of the GTA, almost certainly yes. Our map runs from Niagara and Hamilton in the west through Toronto and York Region to Durham in the east, plus Waterloo Region, Guelph, London, Barrie and Sudbury. Postal codes near the edges are worth a quick call rather than a guess.
Crews are assigned by region, not routed out of one depot. A call in Oshawa goes to the Durham crew, one in Burlington to the Halton crew. That’s why response times hold up across the map instead of degrading the further you get from the city.
Rates are the same across the service area. What can vary is availability — dense areas like Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton usually have more same-day slots than outlying cities like Sudbury or Niagara Falls. You’ll always get a firm price before we start.
Most GTA addresses within the hour, 24/7. Outer cities in the coverage map typically run 60 to 120 minutes depending on time of day. We’ll give you a realistic window on the phone rather than an optimistic one.
No travel surcharge inside the coverage map — if we list your city, we come to it at standard rates. Emergency calls carry a service fee that covers the trip and diagnosis, and it’s credited toward the repair when you go ahead.
