Most residential torsion spring replacements land between $250 and $450 installed, depending on the door size, spring type and whether one or both need changing. We always replace springs in matched pairs — a single new spring puts uneven load on the door and shortens the life of both. You get a firm price before we start.
Yes. Lockouts, broken springs, doors stuck open, break-in damage and broken glass are dispatched 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Most emergency calls in the GTA are reached within an hour. Scheduled work like installations and renovations is usually booked within a few days.
Yes. Our mobile technicians cut and program replacement keys and fobs on site using your VIN and proof of ownership, so there’s no tow to the dealership. Most vehicles are done in 30 to 60 minutes, and dealer-programmed keys typically cost noticeably more for the same result.
Rekeying changes the internal pins so old keys stop working, usually $25 to $50 per lock — the right choice after buying a home, losing a key or a tenant moving out. Replacement makes sense when the hardware is worn or damaged, when you want a higher security grade, or when you’re switching to smart locks.
Quotes are free, by phone or on site. Emergency calls carry a service fee that covers the trip and diagnosis, and it’s credited toward the repair when you go ahead with the work. Nothing appears on the invoice that wasn’t quoted first.
